Karolina Warycha began their work experience in 2015 as an intern in the Logistics Department at Rossmann SDP. Karolina also interned in the Central Reporting Group at Philips in 2015. In 2016, they interned in the Data Mining Centre at Infosys BPO and then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Junior Analytics and Data Management Specialist. From 2017 to 2019, Karolina worked at DXC Technology as an Analytics and Data Management Specialist. Karolina then joined Hero Labs in 2019 as a Data Scientist and remained with the company until 2022. Currently, Karolina is a Data Scientist at Digica starting from July 2022.

Karolina Warycha has a Master's degree in Mathematics from Lodz University of Technology, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the same university, spanning from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Karolina has obtained two additional certifications. In April 2018, they completed the "774 Perform Cloud Data Science with Azure Machine Learning" certification from Microsoft. In February 2017, they obtained the "Vertica Solutions HP2-N36" certification, although the institution from which they obtained it is unspecified.
