Bjorn Reynolds

Bjorn Reynolds has over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Head of Department and Senior Radio Frequency Engineer at Digicel Group since September 2005. In this role, Bjorn supervises a team responsible for optimizing network performance, ensures compliance with key performance indicators for Base Station Controllers, and leads monitoring efforts for various network frequencies. Previously, Bjorn worked as a Radio Frequency Engineer focused on network optimization and as a Customer Care Technical Agent at Mossel 'Digicel' Jamaica Ltd, where responsibilities included troubleshooting network issues and preparing technical reports. Bjorn holds a Master of Science in Digital Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Electronics from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus.
