David Dubois

David Dubois has extensive experience in IT and project management, currently serving as the Head of Business Support Systems at Digicel FWI since 2007. In this role, David supervises a team of 17 employees, including three managers, and collaborates with the program director on the replacement of the complete information system, directing the deployment of initial modules and managing a significant Billing & Debt Collection system project. Prior to Digicel, David held project management positions at Etam, overseeing technical projects and application maintenance, and worked as a Development Engineer at Bata France Distribution, designing a new POS system. David holds a Networks & Telecommunications Engineer degree from UTBM and a DUT in Computer Sciences from Université Paris 5 René Descartes, along with ongoing leadership and management training from Dale Carnegie Training.
