Diallo Dixon PMP, ITIL, has over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst at Digicel since 2002. Responsibilities include overseeing the operation and support of platforms providing Value Added Services across 16 Caribbean territories. Previous roles at Digicel involved managing business application deployments, ensuring quality testing and compliance with operational requirements, and providing technical support. Additionally, Diallo served as the Musical Director for the UWI Panoridim Steel Orchestra from 2005 to 2008, leading rehearsals and performances. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Florida International University, a BSc in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, and ongoing pursuit of a Master’s degree in Applied Data Science. Recent coursework includes machine learning and statistics for data science through online platforms.
