Gary Shaw is an experienced commercial leader in the telecommunications sector with a focus on Fibre Broadband and customer experience. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at WOW Perú since January 2021, Gary leads the commercial operations for a disruptive Fibre Broadband provider in Latin America. Previously, as CEO of FTTH and TV at Digicel Group since November 2014, Gary was instrumental in the Fibre to the Home rollout in Jamaica, marking a significant milestone for the company. Gary's extensive background includes roles such as Group Chief Commercial Officer at Wi-tribe (Ooredoo) and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Emirates International Telecom, where performance improvement and strategic marketing were key focuses. Additionally, Gary has held positions at France Telecom - Orange and MEC Telematik, among others, demonstrating a robust career spanning several regions and markets. Gary holds an education from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
