Jean-Marc Castera

Jean-Marc Castera is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as CTO at Digicel Group since July 2023. Castera previously held the role of CTO at Rango from February 2022 to July 2023 and spent over 16 years at Digicel in various senior positions, including Technology Operations Director and Core Network Services Manager. Castera has extensive experience in operational management of core networks, project management for HSPA+ and LTE networks, IP network design and optimization, and vendor management. Earlier in career, Castera was CTO at Gentel Networks, a startup carrier in Haiti. Castera holds an Executive Education degree in Finance for Senior Executives from Harvard Business School and has a background in engineering from Aix-Marseille University and Lycee Alexandre Dumas.
