Joel's career began at Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation and Toyota Trinidad and Tobago Limited as a Junior Accountant, followed by a role as a Financial Analyst at Caribbean Airlines Ltd. Joel holds an ACCA in Accounting and Finance, a Master's degree in International Finance from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, and an Associate's degree in Information Technology. Additionally, Joel has a Diploma in Insurance from the Association of Trinidad & Tobago Insurance Company.
