Miguel Calvo Vervaet

Miguel Calvo Vervaet currently serves as the Group Director International Business & Wholesale and Group Head of Mobility at Digicel Group, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this, Miguel was the Group Director of Roaming, Voice and Messaging at Ooredoo Group from September 2020 to August 2022 and held the position of Regulatory Affairs & Wholesale Manager at Orange from December 2018 to September 2020. Miguel's experience includes roles as Chief Commercial Officer and Board Member at Nextgen Clearing, where significant growth was achieved, and as Vice President of Strategic Sales & Business Development at MACH, focusing on global sales and business ventures. Miguel has also contributed to marketing and sales at Henkel, Zespri New Zealand Kiwifruit, and Caldic. Educational qualifications include leadership communication from INSEAD and multiple degrees in Marketing and International Management from various institutions such as Vlerick Business School and The University of Edinburgh.
