Neil Lupsic

Neil Lupsic is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in telecommunications and technology management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Gnosis Bermuda since December 2018, Neil leads a consultancy focused on client-centric solutions across various technology sectors. In addition, Neil has held prominent roles at Digicel Group since November 2013, including Chief Technology Officer and IP Value Added Network Services Manager, overseeing critical telecommunications platforms and budgets. Prior to that, Neil worked at Telstra from February 2000 to September 2009, progressing through multiple technical and managerial positions centered on messaging technologies and network design. Neil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology and Telecommunications from Queensland University of Technology, completed between 1996 and 2000.
