Aaron Olsen serves as the VP and Associate General Counsel at DigiCert, Inc. since February 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing global personnel counsel and managing the company’s patent and privacy programs as the Data Privacy Officer. Previous roles include Data Privacy Officer and Corporate Counsel, leading on data privacy and personnel matters for a tech security firm with a workforce of approximately 1200 employees across over 25 jurisdictions. Prior experience includes serving as an attorney at Ray Quinney & Nebeker, where advice was given on employment, privacy, and immigration issues, and conducting regulatory analysis at Morinda, Inc. Aaron Olsen holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and advanced degrees in Comparative Literature/Classics and Classical and Ancient Studies from Brigham Young University.
