Ruchira Chanda has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Ruchira started their career in 2004 as a Software Engineer at Infosys, where they primarily worked on the Mainframe platform for a US Health Insurance Company. Ruchira handled projects related to claims processing and eligibility/enrollment data.

In 2005, Ruchira joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Software Engineer and later advanced to the role of Program Manager. Here, they led a team for a US Banking company, managing projects involving student loan processing and Mainframe to Unix migration.

Their most recent position is with DigiCert, Inc., where they have been working since 2017. Initially, they served as a Senior Escalation Engineer and is currently serving as a Principal Escalation Engineer. Their roles involve risk management, resolving production issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in Agile and PLC meetings.
