Chelsea Collier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in smart city initiatives and leadership development. Currently serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, Chelsea is also the Founder of Digi.City, an organization focused on advancing smart city policy and community engagement. Chelsea holds the position of Editor At Large for Smart Cities Connect, and as a German Marshall Memorial Fellow, participates in a leadership development program fostering transatlantic relations. Additionally, Chelsea is recognized as an Eisenhower Fellow and has co-founded Impact Hub Austin, contributing to the discourse on economic progress in Texas through Texans for Economic Progress.
