Mirva Antila

Mirva Antila is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership positions across various sectors, including technology and healthcare. Currently serving as Toimitusjohtaja at DigiFinland Oy since August 2020, Mirva oversees the development and management of digital and professional services for government and wellbeing service counties. Prior to this role, Mirva was a Board Member at the Climate Leadership Coalition and Fingertip, and spent 24 years at IBM, holding several senior leadership roles, including Toimitusjohtaja, Deputy Country Manager, and Director of Middleware Sales Nordic. Mirva's career began at Sanoma, where sales and management positions were held from 1987 to 1994. Mirva holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, earned in 1987.
