Bilal Anjum

Bilal Anjum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit and financial oversight, currently serving as Co-Founder of DigiKhata since January 2021. Previously, Bilal held the position of Quality Assurance Team Lead - IA at Telenor Microfinance Bank Limited for a brief period in 2020 and was the Lead Group Auditor at Sudatel Telecom Group, Ltd, where leadership included overseeing external audits across multiple subsidiaries in Africa. From 2010 to 2017, Bilal worked at Etisalat as Head of Internal Audit, managing internal audit functions for the Afghanistan entity, and previously served as Manager and Audit Executive at PwC from 2003 to 2009, where responsibilities encompassed team supervision, resource planning, and client advisory. Bilal's educational qualifications include certifications as a CICA Certified Internal Control Auditor and CIA in Internal Auditing, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Karachi University.
