J Madhusudhan Varma

J Madhusudhan Varma has over 40 years of work experience in various roles and industries. J Madhusudhan started their career in 1979 as a Maintenance Engineer for Radar Systems in the Indian Air Force. After leaving the Air Force in 1994, Varma worked as a Product Manager for ATEs at PCL (Indian) Private Limited. J Madhusudhan then served as the DGM of Business Development at Microcon Instruments & Systems Pvt. Ltd. from 1997 to 1998. In 1999, Varma became the GM of Business Development at APOLLO COMPUTING LABORATORIES PRIVATE LIMITED. From 2000 to 2006, they worked as the Functional Director & Founder Member at AutoTec Systems Pvt Ltd. Currently, Varma is the Managing Director of Digilogic Systems Pvt. Ltd., a role they have held since 2007. Digilogic Systems is an ISO 9001-2008 Certified Company that provides systems, solutions, and products for various market segments including defence, aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing.

J Madhusudhan Varma's education history begins in 1979 when they attended Airforce Technical College and obtained a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, which they completed in 1981. Following this, from 1982 to 1985, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters at Besant Theosophical College in Madanapalli.

In 1986, Varma enrolled at Annamalai University, where they earned a PG Diploma in Business Administration, which they completed in 1987. J Madhusudhan subsequently pursued a Post Graduation in Public Administration at Kota Open University, graduating in the years 1988 to 1990.
