LaShonda Anderson-Williams

LaShonda Anderson-Williams is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Customer and Commercial Officer, Industries at Salesforce since January 2021, LaShonda has held additional significant roles within the organization, including Global EVP and Chief Strategy Officer for Healthcare and Life Sciences, and EVP and CRO for Salesforce Global Health & Life Sciences. Prior to Salesforce, LaShonda worked at Microsoft for over 15 years in various positions, including Healthcare and Life Sciences Transformation Leader. LaShonda began their career at IBM and held positions at Winthrop Resources Corp. LaShonda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Woman's University and graduated from Willowridge High School.
