Chris Carl

Chris Carl is the Co-Founder & CEO at DigiMax. Chris has over 15 years of experience in the financial and entrepreneurial industries. Prior to DigiMax, Chris was the Regional Director at The CFO Centre Limited from December 2016 to November 2017. Chris has also served as the President & CEO at BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. from November 2002 to August 2011. During their time at BioExx, Chris was responsible for steering a new technology from an initial “test tube and beaker” stage product, into an 80-employee company including the design and build of a $90 million manufacturing plant, raising $100+ million equity in private and public markets, and driving a valuation in excess of $500 million.

Chris Carl completed an Honours Bachelor of Commerce at Queen's University.
