Sree Sreenivasan

Co-Founder at Digimentors

Sree Sreenivasan is a co-founder of Digimentors and an experienced journalist, educator, and digital innovator. Sree has anchored and executive produced "Coping w/ Covid19: A Helpful, Hopeful Call-in Show" on WBAI 99.5 FM, a progressive radio station in NYC, from March 2020 to June 2021. Sree is also the inaugural Marshall R. Loeb Visiting Professor of Digital Innovation & Audience Engagement at the Stony Brook School of Journalism.

Sree Sreenivasan has a B.A. in Theirtory from St. Stephen's College in Delhi, an M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University, and an Executive Development Program Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Columbia Business School. Sree also has certification from Emtrain in Preventing Workplace Harassment. Sreenivasan has participated in workshops at the Freedom Forum Institute, Poynter Institute, and Technology Workshop for Educators in San Francisco. Sree spent four years teaching at PS 6 Lillie Deveraux Blake School, kindergarten at Moscow Detskiy Sad, and grades 11-12 at Marist Brothers High School in Fiji.
