Fabiano Rustice

Fabiano Rustice is a technology executive who currently serves as CTO at Digio. They were IT Manager at Pernambucanas from 2014 to 2020, and IT Manager at Bradesco from 2013 to 2014, where they led the development and implementation of systems for Rede American Express, the American Express POS Acquiring Bank in Brazil. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior System Analyst at Banco ibi (2006–2010) and as IT Team Leader at Rede American Express - Bradesco (2010–2013), with responsibility for authorization, capture, fraud prevention, and affiliation systems. They also held a System Analyst role at Itautec (2000–2006) and had a brief stint as Diretor de Operações e Tecnologia at Dock in 2025. They are pursuing a degree in Physics with habilitation in Astronomy and Astrophysics, Theoretical and Mathematical Physics at Universidade de São Paulo, and they earned a CST in Data Processing Technology from FATEC-SP (1997–2001).
