Jessica Wong

Jessica Wong is a versatile professional with experience in both software engineering and optometry. As a Software Engineer at DigIO since March 2022, Jessica specializes in coding, debugging, and enhancing product functionality while troubleshooting software issues. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as an Optometrist at Specsavers Australia & New Zealand and OPSM, where responsibilities included data interpretation, patient communication, and managing care in high-pressure environments. Additional experience includes roles as an Optical Dispenser and Sales Assistant, providing excellent customer service and maintaining an organized environment. Jessica holds a Doctor of Optometry from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Biomedicine, further complemented by a programming education from Le Wagon.
