Mairead Long

Mairead Long has worked in various roles since 2014. In 2014, they worked as an Activity Leader for Colonias del Inmersion al Idioma and as an English Language Assistant for St. Paul's College in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2015, they worked as a Peer Advisor for the AHSS faculty at the University of Limerick Glucksman Library. From 2016 to 2017, they were a freelancer, working as a translator, proofreader and language instructor. In 2017, they joined SAP as a Product Support Engineer, and in 2021 they became a Narrative Designer for DIGIT Game Studios.

Mairead Long's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Languages from the University of Limerick, which they obtained between 2012 and 2016 with a major in French, Spanish and TESOL. Mairead then went on to complete a Higher Diploma in Software Development from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology between 2018 and 2019. Mairead is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation and People Management from the University of Galway, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
