Sona Karapetyan

Sona Karapetyan is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at Digitain Armenia since August 2022, while also serving as a Recruitment Specialist at "Tanger" Recruitment company since 2019. Sona has designed and implemented overall recruiting strategies throughout this tenure. Prior to these roles, Sona volunteered as a Translator at Carahunge Armenological Center, translating scientific materials between English and Armenian from 2019 to March 2022. An internship as an Incoming Tour Operator at Econom Tour in early 2019 involved studying tourist attractions in Armenia. Sona's career began as a Sales Manager at Megashopping online Shop from 2017 to 2018, focusing on partner outreach and product presentations. Sona holds a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Communication, Linguistics, English, and Tourism from The Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov, completed in 2019, and attended the Confucius Institute in early 2017.
