Daniel Burke

Daniel Burke has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Daniel is currently working as a Product Manager at Digital Agriculture Services (DAS) since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Tempus Tools from November 2020 to December 2021.

Before their roles as a Product Manager, Daniel worked at General Dynamics Mediaware. From March 2016 to August 2020, they served as the sole Product Manager, responsible for fulfilling the role of Product Owner for development teams and representing the customer in shaping the product strategy. Prior to that, from March 2014 to March 2016, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, taking a leadership role in product development and implementation, providing onsite consulting to customers, and promoting agile principles and values as a Product Owner and Scrum Master.

Daniel's career in General Dynamics Mediaware started in June 2010 as a Software Engineer, where they worked on complex multi-threaded products primarily in C++. Daniel gained expertise in programming and received training and support responsibilities for product deployment to a major domestic customer.

Before entering the corporate world, Daniel served as an Officer Trainee in the Australian Defence Force from January 2008 to May 2010.

Daniel Burke completed a Graduate Certificate in Product Management from RMIT Online in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical from UNSW, which they pursued from 2008 to 2009.
