Drew Zalkin

Drew Zalkin has over 18 years of work experience, starting in 2003 as a Strategic Sales Analyst at Saks Fifth Avenue. Drew then worked as a Senior Strategic Sales and Portfolio Analyst at Centerline Capital Group in 2005, followed by a role as a Corporate Account Executive at Travelers from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, Drew became the Director of Sales and Strategic Business Development at Middleton Place. Drew then joined Hartford Stage as an Associate Director of Corporate Development in 2011. From 2011 to 2017, they served as an Executive Relationship Manager at Ultimate Software. In 2017, Drew joined Ceridian as an Enterprise Customer Relationship Executive, later becoming the Director of Customer Success. Currently, they are working at Digital.ai as the Senior Director of Customer Success for the Americas, APAC, and ANZ regions.
