Heidi Lynne Kurter has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Heidi Lynne currently works at Digital.ai as the Head of North America HR & Global Employee Relations. Heidi Lynne also operated independently while maintaining high journalistic standards. Heidi also has experience as a Workplace Culture Consultant and Leadership Coach at Heidi Lynne Coaching & Consulting, where they served companies globally and worked closely with CEOs and leadership to cultivate inclusive workplace cultures. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Noticed, where they created a safe space for employee discussions and utilized feedback to implement company-wide changes. Heidi Lynne Kurter began their education at Chestnut Hill College in 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology. Heidi Lynne then pursued further studies at Lehigh Carbon Community College from 2011 to 2013, focusing on Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration without obtaining a degree.

In 2013, Heidi enrolled at DeSales University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resource Management and International Business in 2015. During this time, their studies also included a language proficiency achievement in German at Technische Universität Berlin.

Building on their educational background, Heidi pursued a Juris Master degree specializing in Employment Law and HR Risk Management at Florida State University College of Law starting in 2021. Heidi Lynne is currently pursuing this degree.

Heidi has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. In 2016, they obtained a Master TEFL certification from Global Language Training. In 2017, they earned both Six Sigma Black Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from GreyCampus. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Technical Recruiting from LinkedIn. In 2020, they acquired a Certified Direct-Response Copywriting Specialist certification from DigitalMarketer. Most recently, in 2021, Heidi completed the Driving Change and Anti-Racism certification from LinkedIn, and in 2023, they obtained an Employee Relations and Investigations Certification from eCornell.
