Regan Yan has extensive experience in various managerial roles within the marketing and data analytics industry. Regan started their career in 1990 at Westpac where they introduced data mining and propensity modeling, as well as developed the customer profitability system. In 1998, Regan became the Managing Director of Multinet Consulting, where they designed strategic plans and oversaw operational activities. In 2000, they briefly served as the CEO of Persona Asia, focusing on permission-based marketing solutions. From 2001 to 2003, Regan served as a consultant at RACQ before joining Digital Alchemy as the Managing Director in 2003. Regan also worked as a guest speaker and course tutor at ADMA from 2010 to 2012. In 2016, Regan became the CEO of Rabbit Rewards where they re-launched the loyalty program and aimed to make it the most engaging and rewarding in Bangkok. Throughout their career, Regan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a passion for strategic direction and business development.

Regan Yan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, which they attended from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Zoology from UNSW, where they studied from 1986 to 1989.
