Anna Zaikina has an extensive background in social media analysis and insights. Anna started their career as a Social Media Analyst at Kazoo Communications, where they monitored social media coverage and perception of events. Anna then worked at Bloom Worldwide, conducting social media analysis on the success of the Lexus NX launch campaign. Anna also worked as a Social Media Analyst at Communicator London, SapientNitro, Brandwatch, and Way To Blue, where they conducted various social media analysis tasks and research. Anna later became a Senior Social Media Analyst at HM Revenue & Customs, where they evaluated campaign performance and conducted audits of owned channels. Prior to their current role, Anna worked as a Senior Social Media Analyst at DigitasLBi, where they measured social media content performance and reported on social listening insights. Currently, Anna is the Head of Social Media Insights at DMS, where they lead the analytics workflow, manages a team of analysts, and develops social media measurement strategies. Anna is also responsible for communicating insights to stakeholders and contributing to new business acquisition. Throughout their career, Anna has been involved in various industry events and media outlets, sharing their expertise and knowledge in social media analytics.

Anna Zaikina completed their education at the University of Amsterdam Graduate School of Communication, where they obtained their MSc in Persuasive Communication Science with a focus on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Prior to that, they attended the University of Hull from 2007 to 2010 and received their BA (Hons) in Media, Culture, and Society, specializing in Communication and Media Studies. In addition to their formal education, Anna obtained a certification in SQL: A Practical Introduction for Querying Databases from Coursera. The year of completion for this certification is unknown.
