Roy Eskelinen is a specialist in international affairs at Digi- ja väestötietovirasto (Finnish Digital Agency) since March 2023. Previous experience includes a role as a technical assistant at the University of Helsinki, where assistance was provided to emeritus professor Kaarlo Tuori in researching the impact of Matti Wuori's law cases on the Finnish judicial system. Roy has also served as a research and conference assistant at the University of Helsinki, a communication trainee at the Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce, and an intern at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. In addition, Roy participated as an organizer for a multidisciplinary conflict simulation and worked as a museum guide for the Finnish Defence Forces. Educational background includes a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Political History from the University of Helsinki, as well as studies in Politics and Administration at The University of Hong Kong.
