In 2011, they joined Ladbrokes as a VIP (Digital) QA and Sales Coach, where they held one-to-one sales training sessions with 60 managers, supervisors and agents which led to a 450% increase in deposits in 5 weeks. In 2015, they joined 32Red as a Player Support Representative, where they completed new player verification checks and investigated game play anomalies. In 2016, they joined GVC Group as a VIP Gaming Account Manager, where they managed an active portfolio of 400-500 high value Coral Gaming (Gold) VIPs. In 2021, they are currently the Head of Business Development at damex.io, a crypto payments company and one of 13 DLT regulated companies in Gibraltar.

Jason Paul G. graduated from Fajardo Academy in 1995 and subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Washington College in 1999. In 2007, they obtained a Certified Consumer Interviewer on the Fair Credit Reporting Act from the Consumer Data Industry Association. Jason Paul then obtained a Certified Housing Counselor and Certified Consumer Credit Counselor from the National Foundation for Credit Counseling in 2008.
