Joselyn Serrano

Joselyn Serrano has extensive experience in software engineering and telecommunications. Joselyn began their career in 2017 as a Pasante in the Depto Acceso at Corporación Digitel, where they were responsible for reviewing Huawei U2000 and M2000 managers, conducting reverse logistics, and attending to faults in the Access Department. In 2018, they moved to Proyectos e Inversiones MV Miranda (Contratista Telefónica) as an Operations Field Specialist, where they attended to faults in 2G, 3G, and 4G mobile telephone networks for Telefónica clients and configured Ericsson, ZTE, Huawei, and Nokia radios. In 2020, they joined NTIC Spa C as a Full-Stack Developer. In 2021, they began working at Digital Asset Management as a Software Engineer (Frontend Development).

Joselyn Serrano's education history includes a degree in Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones from Universidad Fermín Toro from 2014 to 2018, and an Ingen.
