Masha Leonov

Masha Leonov currently serves as the Director of GTM for the Canton Network at Digital Asset, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Masha held positions in Strategic Partnerships at FalconX (February 2023 - April 2025), and as both Product Strategist and Product Specialist at NYDIG (April 2021 - January 2023). Masha's career also includes experience at Bridgewater Associates, where roles included Client Portfolio Management Specialist and Portfolio Associate (November 2017 - April 2021), as well as serving as a Structuring Analyst for Prime Solutions and Financing at BNP Paribas (July 2015 - October 2017). Masha actively collaborated with senior management to develop customized financing solutions and led recruitment initiatives at BNP Paribas. Masha holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Global Business from NYU Stern School of Business, with a minor in Dance.
