Luca Argenton

Luca Argenton started their work experience in 2010 as a Stageur at Psicosport Srl. In 2011, they became a Post-degree Intern at the Catholic University of Milan. From 2012, they worked as a Sport Psychologist and Trainer at FIGC - Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio. In 2014, they joined Methodos as a Change Management Manager, focusing on helping organizations define their purpose and facilitating successful change. In 2017, they co-founded Digital Attitude and assumed the role of Co-Founder & CEO. Their work at Digital Attitude centers around promoting the integration of technology with human experience and organizational culture for effective digital transformation. Additionally, in 2011, they also co-founded Flow for Excellence where they served as a Mental Coach & Trainer, catering to needs and expectations in both sports and corporate contexts.

Luca Argenton has a diverse education history. In 2021, they completed the MBA Essentials program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Prior to that, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology of Communication from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca in the years 2013 to 2016. In 2009 to 2011, Luca earned a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Developmental and Communication Psychology with a specialization in Communication from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Luca also completed a Master's program in Sport Psychology from the Center for Study and Research in Sport Psychology in the year 2009 to 2010. Earlier in their education, Luca attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychological Sciences and Techniques. Furthermore, in 2005 to 2006, they completed an internship in Psychology at The University of Queensland.

Additionally, Luca has acquired several certifications. In January 2021, they completed the Negotiation Programme at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In July 2013, Luca attended the Summer School "Positive Psychology and the Challenge of Diversity in Well-being Promotion" at the University of Oslo. Luca also obtained a certification as a Positive Psychology Trainer from Drexel University in January 2013. Furthermore, Luca is a certified Lifo® Trainer, although specific details regarding the institution and date of certification are not available.
