Amy Gallagher

Amy Gallagher has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as Talent Coordinator at Digital Brand Architects since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Coordinator at Scale Management from 2021 to 2023, where they handled brand partnerships and acted as the main point of contact between clients and brand partners. Before that, Amy worked as an Executive Assistant to a Talent Manager/Partner at Scale Management from 2021 to 2022, where they managed daily schedules, communication, and acted as a gatekeeper.

Amy also gained experience at Indiana University Student Television from 2017 to 2021. During this time, they held multiple roles including Director, Creative Content Director, Producer, Floor Director, and Camera Operator. In these roles, they directed studio tapings, managed the entertainment department, oversaw production of multiple shows, and operated cameras both in-studio and on field shoots.

Amy also founded and served as the President of Women in Media at Indiana University from 2019 to 2021, where they organized events and oversaw team deliverables. Amy also had experience at the Indiana University Office of Admissions as a Student Ambassador and Committee Chair from 2017 to 2021, where they assisted with presentations, led campus tours, and planned admissions events.

Additionally, Amy gained industry experience through internships at Smokehouse Pictures, Endeavor, and Atlantic Records. At Smokehouse Pictures, they worked as a Development Intern, reading and reviewing novels and scripts, conducting research, and providing coverage for executives. At Atlantic Records, they worked as a Digital Marketing Intern, tracking streaming and sales numbers, creating sweepstakes and giveaways, and utilizing graphic design and editing skills.

Amy also held positions at the Indiana University Alumni Association as Homecoming Parade Coordinator, organizing and coordinating the annual Homecoming Parade, and at the Indiana University College of Arts + Sciences as a Communications and Outreach Intern, where they managed social media and outreach activities for the Themester program.

Amy Gallagher attended Cypress Bay High School from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained their High School diploma. Following that, from 2017 to 2021, they studied at Indiana University Bloomington, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management.
