Rob began their career as a Sales Manager for Comprehensive Technical Group in 1999, then moved on to become a Regional Sales Manager for BarcoNet in 2000. In 2002, they were appointed US Sales Manager - Broadcast Integration Group for Technical Innovation, A Diversified. Company Broadcast Solution Group. In 2008, they became Director of Strategic Accounts for Pixel Power Ltd. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as Regional Sales Manager - Southeast for Miranda Technologies. In 2015, they joined Avid Technology as Sports / Eastern US (Market Development Manager). Rob then moved to Orad is Avid. LinkedIn.com/Company/Avid-Technology in 2014 as Director of Sales. In 2017, they became Business Development Manager for Qligent and in 2016, they were appointed Principal / New Business Development & Emerging Markets for RK Sons & Consulting. Currently, they are the Director of Key Accounts for DBi (Digital Broadcast, Inc.).
Rob Kakareka completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Speech Communication & Film from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1993. Rob is currently pursuing a Master of Marketing from Arizona State University, which they expect to complete in 2025.
