Nihar Topkar is an experienced Preconstruction Leader, currently serving in this capacity at Digital Building Components and SurePods™ since January 2020, while also holding the same title at DPR Construction since June 2007. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. from August 2004 to January 2006. Nihar holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, obtained in 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2004.
