Aneta Zawadzka is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Business System Analyst at Digital Care Group since May 2022, Aneta's previous roles include IT Analyst - Senior Expert and Functional Analysts Team Lead at Warta from December 2010 to April 2022, overseeing software development analysis and managing a team of 15 functional analysts. Aneta also held leadership positions at Pramerica Życie TUiR SA, managing system analysts and project portfolios from January 2006 to June 2010. Earlier experience includes roles as a Lotus Notes Developer and IT Project Manager across various companies. Aneta holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology, completed in 1997.
