Iwona Malec

Iwona Malec has a strong background in the insurance industry. Iwona is currently the Head of Protection Business Line at Digital Care Group since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy Manager of Protection Business Line at the same company in September 2023. Before joining Digital Care Group, they served as a Business Development Manager at DEFEND INSURANCE GROUP from February 2022 to October 2023.

From November 2014 to January 2022, Iwona worked at WAGAS INSURANCE as a Product Manager. Iwona also has experience at AXA Assistance, where they held various roles including Business Client Relationship Specialist, Quality and Audit Specialist, Network Service Providers Specialist, Assistance Specialist, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys Consultant. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing implementation processes, conducting negotiations, ensuring quality of cooperation, resolving issues, and managing customer relationships, among other responsibilities. Iwona also demonstrated proficiency in administering CRM systems, preparing sales presentations and reports, and collaborating with other departments in relation to implementation, product, and legal matters.

Iwona Malec obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Wyższa Szkoła Finansów i Zarządzania w Warszawie (University of Finance and Management in Warsaw) from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, during the same period, they also pursued a Master's degree in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw.
