Rafał Dworak

Rafał Dworak has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Their most recent position was as Deputy Head of Global Sales at Digital Care Group since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Deputy Global Head of Business Development at the same company from April 2022 to July 2022. Rafał also has experience as a Business Owner at Level UP since July 2019. Rafał worked at Siemens from 2017 to 2022, holding positions such as Sales Manager and Head of Sales for new solutions/systems and services. Before that, they held sales-related roles at ISS Facility Services, Impel S.A., MAKRO Cash and Carry Polska S.A., LexisNexis, and Avanssur S.A. Branch in Poland. Rafał has demonstrated their ability to excel in sales and business development throughout their career.

Rafał Dworak's education history begins in 2001 when they attended ZSZ nr1 W Skierniewicach - Technikum budowlane, where they obtained a degree in Technik Budownictwa with a focus on Budownictwo/technik. Following this, from 2005 to 2008, they attended Lodz University of Technology, where their field of study was Inżynieria materiałowa, although they did not obtain a specific degree. Rafał then continued their education at the University of Technology and Economics, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Management from 2008 to 2011. Lastly, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology in Management at the University of Technology and Economics.
