Mike H. is an experienced finance professional with a robust career spanning over two decades in various financial leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Controller at DIGITAL CLOAK LLC since July 2021, Mike previously held key positions including Director of Finance at VxL Enterprises LLC and CFO at Tactical Micro, Inc., where initial hiring occurred during a significant transition to private equity ownership. Earlier experiences include VP of Finance & Controller at A-T Solutions, Controller for the Eastern Division at Providence Service Corporation, and Assistant Controller at Arthur Andersen & Co.
