Zippora Lau is a Co-Founder of UX Spot, a user research agency based in Shanghai, specializing in usability testing and a variety of qualitative and quantitative studies since October 2017. Additionally, Zippora co-founded Digital Creative Asia in November 2013. Zippora Lau holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto Scarborough, completed between 2005 and 2007, and studied Art & Design with a focus on Information Art Design at Tsinghua University from 2007 to 2008.
