Kelly Austrie

Kelly joins DCG as support to our Operations Team. Her responsibilities range from helping our COO leverage his time to best support our subsidiaries, to assisting the Director of Operations with facilities and HR projects. With a background in Change Management, she is passionate about supporting others and has a no job too big or too small attitude. Prior to DCG, Kelly held supportive roles at Bridgewater Associates and most recently Genpact. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with her Bachelors in Psychology, and Masters in Sport Management.
