Mike handles all things legal from an operational, transactional, and strategic perspective for DCG. As Counsel, Mike also works closely with DCG’s subsidiaries and their leadership teams. Prior to joining DCG, Mike was an associate at Cooley LLP and Paul, Weiss, representing emerging growth companies and venture capital funds in a diverse range of critical transactions, from formation through funding and liquidity events. Mike helped start ups grow into household names by providing strategic and practical advice to management teams and investors. Mike is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia Law School and lives with his family in New York City.
