Dave Carter

Dave Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the geospatial and information technology sectors. Currently serving as Principal and Consultant at Digital Data Services, Inc. since October 2000, Dave has played a crucial role in the development of innovative solutions. In addition, since January 2019, Dave has been the Principal at geoWidgets, focusing on enhancing ArcGIS web GIS solutions. Previously, Dave held the position of Senior Technical Consultant at Information Technology Company from February 1994 to March 1998, overseeing all production aspects of the XDMS Document Management System. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Small Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business between 1988 and 1993.
