Emily Jacobi

Emily Jacobi is the Executive Director & Founder at Digital Democracy, a position they have held since May 2005. Prior to this, they were an Editorial Intern at AllAfrica Global Media from September 2004 to May 2005. Emily also worked as an Assistant Bureau Director at Y-Press from September 2005 to January 2007, and as a Store Clerk at ADC Map and Travel from August 2004 to July 2005. Emily's first internship was with Internews Network, where they worked in the Africa Programs department from August 2003 to December 2003.

Emily Jacobi studied abroad in Mali through the School for International Training. Emily earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from American University.
