Michael Behrens is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Digital Diagnostics since November 2022, after previously holding the role of Manager of Customer Experience. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at Replicant and held various positions at Zendesk from April 2019 to December 2021, including Manager of Professional Services and Senior Engagement Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor at Prominence Advisors, Account Manager at One North Interactive, and working in Implementation Services at Epic.
