Rachel Sisco

Rachel (Gerth) Sisco has a diverse work experience in various healthcare and technology companies. Rachel most recently worked as the Director of Strategic Execution at Digital Diagnostics starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director, Customer Delivery & Success at Cured from October 2021 to August 2022, where they led the Customer Success initiative and developed a comprehensive customer journey map. Rachel also worked at Moxe Health from August 2018 to October 2021, initially as an Implementation Consultant and eventually becoming the Head of Implementation & Customer Support, managing client onboarding and a team of eight direct reports. Before that, they took a sabbatical to raise their family and was engaged in real estate investing and property management. Rachel also has experience as the Director of Operations & Business Development at VeriWave Group, LLC from September 2013 to June 2015, where they oversaw company operations and managed finances. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Willow Pharmacy Analyst Consultant at VeriWave Group, LLC in 2012, assisting in the implementation and launch of the Willow pharmacy system at UnityPoint. Rachel's early career includes various roles at Epic, a healthcare software company, from an Application Coordinator to an Implementation Coordinator, managing the delivery of software products such as Willow Inpatient Pharmacy, Willow Ambulatory Pharmacy, and Beacon Oncology.

Rachel (Gerth) Sisco holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Science Studies from Baylor University. Rachel has also obtained additional certifications in various fields, including 6-12 grade integrated science and chemistry from the State of Wisconsin, Beacon Oncology from Epic, EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation from Epic, EpicCare Inpatient General from Epic, EpicCare Inpatient Medication Orders from Epic, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Professional Certificate from the University of Maryland, LEADS instructor for the Launch Course from Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, MyChart from Epic, and Willow Inpatient from Epic.
