Sisorady Kok

Sisorady Kok has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kok is currently working at Digital Divide Data (DDD) as a Sr. Manager, Machine Learning since November 2022. Prior to this, Kok worked at Digital Divide Data-Cambodia from February 2020 to November 2022, where they held the position of Manager, Production. In this role, they managed large teams, ramped up new projects, developed the skills of supervisors and junior team members, and handled resource management and allocation.

Before joining Digital Divide Data-Cambodia, Kok worked at Kalapak International from July 2020 to January 2021 as a Sale and Marketing Director. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying target markets, conducting competitive analysis, and providing leadership for sales efforts.

Kok's earlier work experience includes different roles at Digital Divide Data (DDD). From March 2018 to February 2020, they served as Manager, Projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Supervisor, Administration from November 2015 to March 2018. Kok also held positions as a Resource Allocation Executive from March 2015 to November 2015 and as a Supervisor - Operation from January 2013 to March 2015.

Sisorady Kok completed a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Policy and Planning from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Scholarship Bachelor Degree in International Relations from the University of Cambodia, which they completed in 2012. In 2010 and 2011, they attended the Australia Center for Education (ACE) and completed the General English Program, specifically focusing on the International Language Testing System (IELTS). In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various qualifications through LinkedIn, including "How to Manage Lean Six Sigma Projects: Part II," "Operational Excellence Foundations," "Six Sigma Foundations," "Financial Accounting Foundations," "Project Management Foundations: Risk," "Writing to Be Heard on LinkedIn," "Online Marketing Foundations," "Strategic Planning Foundations," and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" between 2020 and 2022. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor Degree from the University of Cambodia in February 2013 and an IELTS certification from the British Council in May 2012.
