Chris Endicott has a diverse work experience in the field of animation. They started their career in 1991 with David Allen Productions as a stop motion animator, working there until 2001. From 2004 to 2012, Chris worked as a character animator at Sony Pictures Imageworks. In 2012, they joined Animal Logic as a Senior Character Animator for a year. In 2014, Chris joined Digital Domain 3.0 as a Character Animator. Their most recent role was at David Allen Productons from March 2019 to February 2022, where they worked on the unfinished film "The Primevals" and oversaw a team of artists to bring the project to completion after 20 years of dormancy.

Chris Endicott attended Portland State University from 1979 to 1982, where they studied Center for the Moving Image. In 2002, they enrolled at Glendale Community College to study Computer Animation. However, it is unclear if they completed their degree there as the end year is not specified. The following year, in 2003, Chris studied Computer Animation at Friedman 3D/Studio Arts, although no degree information is provided.
