Parimal Deshpande

Parimal Deshpande has a diverse range of work experience. In 2012, they joined Yashaswi Group as an HR, Administration, and Operations Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for various tasks such as training and development, recruitment, performance appraisal, and human resource systems. They also provided leadership and support in functional areas of human resources. In 2018, Parimal joined Transport Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant General Manager in Human Resources. Their responsibilities included recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee development, and training. In 2019, Parimal transitioned to Global Minds Academy where they held the role of Trainer, Coach, and Certified International Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. Finally, in 2022, Parimal joined Digital Domain as an HR professional.

Parimal Deshpande holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Nagpur Jobs. In addition to their formal education, Parimal has obtained two certifications. In September 2019, they became a Certified Consultant in DMIT AND PMIT through Global Minds Academy. Parimal also obtained certification as a Certified International Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming from Atmabhan Academy in August 2019.
