Xiongfei Duan

Xiongfei Duan was appointed as Independent Non-executive Director on July 21, 2009. He is currently an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the nomination and corporate governance committee and a member of the audit committee of Huobi Technology Holdings Limited (stock code: 1611), the shares of which are listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Duan holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Renmin University of China and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Chicago. He has over 20 years of experience in securities trading and the investment industry. Mr. Duan is currently the investment manager of MIE Holdings Corporation, a company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 1555). He joined Atlantis Investment Management as Fund Manager in 2010 and registered as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) in the National Futures Association (NFA) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) in 2004.
